AGORACOM has very little control over the editorial content of our shareholder communities. Information includes company profiles, management bios and yes user generated content in the form of the many messages that investors post to our Bulletin Boards.

Our system is both self serving and straightforward - it's based on merit and trust. From the trust we extend to our members, from the trust investors extend to each other.

This is our systems strong point - our community is largely self correcting – and the community’s collective consciousness will always triumph an individual or local opinion.

The very best and most relevant information to the group will be highlighted; supplementary messages will compliment the forum. If any information or users participation is indeed irrelevant, then people will figure it out eventually as other members post alternative and related facts. It's like a court trial. Each side posts information it believes to be true - and let's the group decide for themselves.

In any democracy however we cannot have 100% consensus - there will always be a dissenting party, or a group that feels they got the short end of the stick. We acknowledge this and strive to improve our system based on this new found information.

No doubt that as AGORACOM grows; we're faced with new challenges to deal with the growth. Thankfully, we've accomplished it through our own good thinking and great contributions from members like you.

We are really sorry to hear that you feel that we are providing a disservice to you and your peers. For a web based operation that does not charge any member, nor depends on page views or flipping advertisements, the fact that 142,000 Investors visited our site in the last 30 days speaks volumes about our systems popularity.
