Tantallon,

I am really not sure how long a company has to release to the public that they have the report in hand but I think 48 hours is an unrealistic time period. Case in point are drill results. Companies may get drill results but will wait until the full package of results are in hand before releasing them or what one would consider as a favourable trading session.

What I do know is that once they announce it, they do not have to make the document available, i.e. SEDAR, for a set period which I think is 90 days. In theory, if ISM released today that they have the Micon Report in hand, they could wait until late March before making it public. I have seen this done numerous times so it's a reality.

What I don't understand is where does the Metallurgy Report fit into these time restriction rules. Surely it's considered a material change document. It's been some time now since it was made public that the report was completed so I expect it will have to be released soon. This may be the key as to when the whole report will be announced. I am guessing the end of January.

v.
