I tried to find information on timing requirements and all I could find was "in a timely manner." The TSE document I did find is more about quality of info than it is about timing.
An important principle is that everyone finds out at the same time, and that everything is disclosed (like not just the good drill holes but all of them). It seems to me that there could be a number of people who could see a 43-101 report before the public does, as long as they sign a non-disclosure agreement. That would allow for a fair amount of due diligence in reviewing a report, which I think is reasonable.
