FP, thanks for that, I didn't really see the connection in the point you are trying to make until Mid complained of "sarcasm" I had to go looking. I don't think this is too sarcastic but rather makes a point quite validly.

Midmodern I think that if you look at the series of event before and after this special dividend one would tend to agree it has been anyone but normal given the market/credit collapse. Yes there have been delays and after this much time it has been almost on the back burner for many investors in ISM. Heck there are many who are not aware of even on record for the dividend either.

To me its a little extra if and when it does come to fruition for us.

Do any of the oldtimers recall how much posting went into what this special dividend was going to be? Yikes now that was a lot of posts and speculation from many.

I guess any who cares would be better off looking at Nitinat to explain the delays not ISM...imho
