Actually I encourage both of you (Minespec and Maroons) to get that ball rolling. Contact the lawyers and get your act together going into the next AGM. Keep us informed as to what is required. Glad someone is going to finally take charge and turn the company around. Home runs are always welcome.

Recall that circular all shareholders get before the agm, I guess it's as simply as voting no?
