If I was the boss here, I would have concurred that the spin-out of MM is something that has to be done. To me that is obvious.

Also, if I was the boss here, I would have had the input of Jay the Lawyer, Clarus the INvestment Banker, and Mark the IR/PR guy. One or more of them are the ones who should have devised the process for gettting the spin-out done. If they were relied on, then one or more of them need to be fired.

If they were not consulted or relied on, then RM needs to be fired.

The example Whaler posted a few days ago got the spin-out done in three months.

Again, the idea is good, the execution is a joke.
