Does anyone plan on attending the Friday May 21st Anuual General Meeting?

Meeting is to be held at 95 Wellington West, Suite 1200, Toronto, Canada. at 11.00 a.m (Toronto Time) for the following purposes:

1. to receive the annual report and the financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2009 and the report of the auditors thereon;

2. to re-appoint auditors and to authorize the directors to fix their remuneration;

3. to elect directors; and

4. to transact such further and other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
