Having read the Management Information Circular filed on Sedar, I noticed that Dr Stewart Jackson is no longer listed by the company as being a director.

Anyone got any thoughts as to why?

I seem to remember whaler viewing this appointment quite favourably. One wonders what Albert Louis van der Horst brings back to the table that Dr Stewart Jackson couldn't.
