Alan De’ath

President and CEO

Alan De’ath has over 25 years of experience in senior management positions in the mining industry, including a 20-year career with Rio Tinto in Europe and southern Africa and two years as CFO with TVX Gold in Toronto. He joined Ivernia in 2000 overseeing business development and finance before being appointed President and CEO and Director in July 2003.

The Honourable J. Trevor Eyton

Chairman

Senator Eyton served as President and CEO of Brascan (now Brookfield Asset Management Inc.). He currently serves on the boards of Brookfield Asset Management and Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. Senator Eyton was appointed a director of Ivernia’s predecessor company in May 2000.

Paul Cullen

General Manager - Magellan Mine

Paul Cullen has extensive experience in the Australian mining industry which included several senior processing plant management roles. During his tenure with MIM (now Xstrata) he managed Mt. Isa’s lead/zinc smelter, copper smelter and concentrators. Prior to joining Ivernia in 2007, Paul was the Metallurgy Manager – Peak Gold Mines.

Ben Murphy

Manager – Metallurgy

Ben Murphy has over 10 years of operational mineral processing experience. Prior to joining Ivernia is 2005, Ben held various positions with Anglo Base Metals in South Africa and Ireland and with Rio Tinto in Australia and Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mineral Processing from the University of Queensland

Ben-Louis Ludik

Finance and Administration Manager

Ben-Louis is a Chartered Accountant with auditing and corporate experience in South Africa and Australia. Prior to joining Ivernia in 2006, Ben-Louis’s work experiences included the positions of Senior Auditor with an Australian auditing firm and Lecturer in Accounting Information Systems with the University of Stellenbosch. He holds a Masters degree in Financial Accounting.

Dr. John Yeates

General Manager – Corporate and Social Responsibility

Dr. Yeates has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of environmental management across a wide range of industries within Australia and in the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining Ivernia, he was a senior executive at LandCorp, the Western Australian Government's land and property developer, where he provided corporate leadership and managed environmental risk assessment, compliance and management for all the company’s projects. He led the development and implementation of environmental due diligence and risk management procedures and programs.

Jonathon Pluckhahn

Deputy General Manager – Manager Mining

Jonathon Pluckhahn is a Mining Engineer with extensive open pit mining experience. Prior to joining Ivernia in 2004, Jonathon was Surface Mining Manager with Gindalbie Gold where he oversaw its multi-pit operations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering from the South Australian Institute of Technology and a West Australian Quarry Managers Certificate of Competency.
