Rick T. Kusmirski, MSc, PGeo
Position: President & Director

Rick Kusmirski has 30 years of exploration experience in North America and overseas, and has actively participated in the discovery of a number of gold, uranium and base metal deposits.

Rick joined JNR Resources as Vice President of Exploration in 2000 and subsequently directed the exploration program that led to the discovery of the Maverick Zone on the Moore Lake joint venture property. Rick became JNR's President and CEO in 2001.

Prior to joining JNR, Rick was the Exploration Manager for Cameco Corporation's uranium projects in the Athabasca Basin.

Dave Billard, BSc, PGeo
Position: Vice-President Exploration & Director

Dave Billard is a professional geologist with more than 25 years experience in the mining and exploration industry. Since 1999, he has been a consulting geologist specializing in uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan and was directly involved in the discovery of the Maverick Zone, on the company's Moore Lake uranium Joint Venture. Prior to this, he was employed by Cameco Corporation for over 12 years exploring for uranium, gold, base metals and diamonds in Western Canada and the western United States.

L.S. (Les) Beck, PhD, PEng, PGeo
Position: Chairman, Technical Advisory Committee & Director

Dr. Les Beck is a world-renowned uranium expert and has been a geological and mineral policy consultant since 1993. Dr. Beck was, for thirteen years, the Executive Director of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines (Geology and Mines Division). He is an Adjunct Professor in Geology at the University of Regina and the author of approximately 30 technical and scientific publications, many dealing with uranium deposits in Saskatchewan.

Dr. Beck has headed the Company's Technical Advisory Committee since early 1997, and was instrumental in the selection of its uranium prospect properties. In all, he brings to the Board over 40 years of experience at all levels in the location and development of uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin of Northern Saskatchewan, the richest uranium producing region in the world. Dr. Beck has been a Director of JNR since August of 2000.

Ron Hochstein, PEng
Position: Director

Mr. Hochstein is President and COO of Denison Mines Corp. and was the President and CEO of International Uranium Corporation from April 2000 until December 2006.

Tracy D. Hurley, MSc, MBA, PGeo
Position: Director

Tracy Hurley has 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, including six years as a mining analyst for a Vancouver-based brokerage house. She is currently Vice-President Exploration for Troymet Exploration Corp.

Irvine R. Annesley, PhD, PGeo
Position: Director, Exploration

Dr. Annesley is a professional geologist with 31 years of field experience, including 19 years (1988-2007) as a senior research geologist at the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC). During this time period he worked closely with the exploration and mining industry. His applied research focused on the basement geology of uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin using conventional geological methods such as drill core logging, petrography, whole-rock geochemistry and uranium-lead geochronology, as well as innovative techniques including advanced structural lineament analysis, applied synchrotron research, GOCAD structural and geochemical modeling, numerical modeling, lead isotopes, and 3-D visualization. Dr. Annesley's research activities have also included studying uranium deposits in Australia, eastern Canada, and Nunavut.

Dr. Annesley is also adjunct professor at the University of Saskatchewan in the Department of Geological Sciences, where he supervises graduate students.

Ken Wasyliuk, MSc, PGeo
Position: Chief Geochemist

Ken Wasyliuk has been actively involved in exploration for base and precious metals, industrial minerals, diamonds and uranium for over 20 years. For the past 16 years he was employed by Cameco Corporation, where he became an expert on geochemical and clay alteration patterns associated with uranium deposits, specifically those in the Athabasca Basin.
