I believe that this could quite well be an issue for the OSC. Cliff is and was required under OSC regulations , to have an evaluation , because of their presence on the BOD and thier 19 plus percent. Since SPQ is an equal partner on this project , it appears that the same encumberance should apply to SPQ. this is my opinion.
