After my last post I realised - Thursday is Canada Day; markets/businesses here are closed, Friday markets are open; Monday US businesses are closed, including CLF, which leaves just Friday & Tuesday and we are at the closing date of the offer, Wednesday 7th July - perhaps the intention was more to remind of the holidays and 'non-business days' than to notify of an earlier termination of the offer.

I think 3 business days are required to process this type of share-tender/ offer acceptance.
