Very Interesting. Now the questions come as to why Cliffs abstained????

Could it be that Cliffs is not concerned with maintaining its % as it likey has near-term plans to bid for all of KWG shares ? Seems the likely scenario to me. Why take part in this financing if it is likely going for the whole enchalada ? After this is done,Cliffs will likely take on bidding for PRB. JMHO.
