I guess that a right of way claims sits in a shallow corridor, and as is often is the case, a road sits a few yards offside of the railway and both follow their route side by side, crossing the same bridges, etc... I don't think KWG has any right as far as the road is concerned. Any of them can be built before the other, or after, or simultaneously, or... never! GLTA. BaBe.
