I agree that this is one of our greatest asset. Frank and team know that, and this is the reason why their IR and PR work is first class, and why they keep constant interest from their shareholders by publishing NRs, and put a foot wherever they can if it has any relation to the RoF! Seeing them such agressive and active, I'm quite sure that they will get us the most out of this near centennial tiny Quebec corporation!

And to add some info to the last days debate, YES being an insider (+10% holding), Cliffs must get independant valuation before making an Offer, and YES Cliffs (or whoever takes KWG out) may need at least 90% ownership of the shares to be able to force a sale by non-tendering shareholders. Usually, it is even a condition to the closing in the Offer.
