Had some e-mail communications with KWG and appended below are some answers from Chris, on Bruce's behalf. which are quite informative. There is also a 1-800 number for ComputerShare below, if you have any other questions. Please do your DD, and in case of doubt...verify.

- I don't have the specific numbers re the support but I understand from Bruce that had the vote for the adjourned resolutions occurred in Montreal, KWG would've been very close to hitting the mark necessary for approval.
- KWG is now working diligently to achieve the extra votes needed to get the adjourned resolutions passed and approved at the upcoming meeting in Toronto.
- KWG Shareholders can either vote in person at the upcoming meeting in Toronto OR online as per the original instructions contained in the KWG information circular previously mailed to each shareholder.
- KWG shareholders that haven't already voted can use the same CONTROL NUMBER that was provided in the Information Circular and vote before the upcoming meeting in Toronto.
- If a KWG shareholder has already voted for the adjourned resolutions then you're all set and need to do nothing more.
- If a KWG shareholder has decided to change the previously submitted votes on the adjourned items, then you can use the same control number provided to you in the original Information Circular package and simply re cast your vote for the adjourned items ONLY.
- For shareholders that may have discarded or misplaced their proxy CONTROL NUMBER; you can simply call COMPUTERSHARE @ 1-800-564-6253 and they will provide you with your original Control Number so that you can still cast a vote for the adjourned items ONLY.
