Yeah, I heard Frank telling this also. The Special Shares were to have a dilutive effect if issued to outsiders, as regards to the common shares. Not on the votes however, but on the residual value.
Our managers showed us more than once their creative qualities, and I have no doubt that they'll come back soon with another proposal (perhaps attorneys from both sides will have advanced talks this time...)
As to Cliffs' attorney attitude at the Meeting, he only had the expected cold and shrewish face that an unwanted guest to a party would have ! He was just hoping to get out of there as soon as he could finish with the dirty job !!!
