I have read from a director of another company that i own shares in that they could be in a simular arrangement for a partnership and may have to do a very big PP. The reason given was that joint ventures are very expensive to set up with legals and so forth. I think this was one of the reasons for the selling of our NSR for 18 million. WE had to to raise these funds in preperation of this event. I know we also needed funds for future general expenses as well as the spin off of DDI and expenses related to CCC.
