Seems like the "other" guys are bringing some pressure to bear on all participants.I wouldn't underestimate these guys.The tide may be turning as evidenced by Anon's recent buying spate.I believe CIBC is acting on CLF's behalf.JMO.They(CIBC) were part of the FWR takeover as agents for CLF.(correct me if I'm wrong)Maybe just maybe CLF will throw in the towel,buy KWG outright (for a reasonable price) and follow the plans that KWG have laid out.It would certainly be less hassle for them rather than trying to go it alone.JMO.
