The updated share structure, as per Bruce, is now on the website, OS: 671,518,941.

As of 6 May our KWG share count stood at 72.34M (without the 4.1M wts) or10.8% OS.

A similar group has been formed by a group of PRB shareholders (with 13+% of PRB OS) and called themselves Probe Shareholder United, or PSU. Would it be appropriate for our group to be called KSU ("KWG Shareholder United" sounds like some soccer team...but it's short), and formally contact KWG to let management know of our existence?

It should be noted that there is nothing legally binding the 101 posters/shareholders as a group. But, it represents a significant block of shares to be reckoned with, especially during a hostile TO attempt.

The main objective is not to get into management or anybody's hair, but to indicate our potential support management can count on in case of need.

As indicated, we have achieved our objective of getting 10+% for the group. Any volunteers/nominations, preferably someone(s) in the Toronto area for local telephone calls and potential face-to-face discussions, to carry this torch to KWG management?

Perhaps one lead representative plus one back-up rep?
