I have owned KWG shares for 7 years along with my previously stolen Spider shares. I totally agree with Keep Diggings's thoughts that our goal is to help management prevent Cliffs or any other company from stealing our shares at an unreasonably low price (due to present market conditions or possible market influences by large shareholders-ha).

I support the offer from Keep Digging to spearhead the efforts of our retail shareholder group and also suggest that if we want to be effective we provide our e-mail addresses so that a mail list can be put together. This would allow for easy distribution of information without posting it on a public forum. I also imagine there may be a poster or two with direct connections to interested parties but there is little to do in order to weed them out.

Bottom line is any important decisions as shareholders will come down to voting your shares at some point and that is when the rubber meets the road and we have our true say.

In the meantime, I think we can excercise more influence, both to KWG and on Cliffs, if we speak as one voice.

I really, really, really want KWG to be my hone run hit and the one I talk about for years to come.
