I reckon that you are just playing the role of a devil's advocate, and that's fine by me.

But I am assuming that you could tell that I have no hidden agenda, and I don't do this, as well as the share count, just for the fun of it. As everyone knows, I was the scorekeeper for the share count, and have published the list on both AGO and SH for evreyone to see. Some shareholders on this list wished to remain anonymous, and I have repected their wishes. It's an honour system and we just have to put some faith in it (there is no guaranty whatsoever that the share count would be 100% accurate, but it would give us a good indication of the support of about 10% OS).

The same thing here for the voting. I have received some votes in my private mail box, but most of them have already declared their support openly. So, I don't really have much to "hide".

I decided to take on this role voluntarily, so that we will have a rep for KSU to liaise with management for the protection of our investment, including mine.

Agreed, it would be impossible to check everybody out. But, what other choice do we have? Besides, the risk taken is quite minimal.

Sometimes, we just don't have the time to analyze a situation to death before taking an action, since "paralysis by analysis", some people would say.
