sounds good....the blueprint for the RR is up there in Labrador/PQ....nothing new in the concept....has worked well for 5o years in PQ....and the proposal as you suggest is similar to the RR to Moosene....but alas, I suspect that Cliffs will appeal, and add months more to the wait....sore-losers
