Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
Hello B212,
It may sound terrible, but we (KWG, you me and other shareholders) are in this "for the money". Perhaps, it should go down better to say " for a reasonable good return for our investment with hard-earned money".
There are a few options: KWG can contribute to the consortium which runs the RR with its holdings (transportation corridor, gravel permits, etc... for a stake in the consortium which collects to users fees from companies in the RoF. This consortium will be a cash cow. We could have a piece of this cow, or we could collect royalty say some % (you name the the price) of the gross revenue (emphasis on "gross", not net). We could of course sell these rights for up-front cash (to CLF, or someone else who want to get in the RR business).
I trust that Frank knows how to do this.
