So it looks like Cliffs project would be economically viable...IF... Ontario taxpayers build the haul road and subsidize truck fleet fuel and electricity costs at the smelter.What was McGuinty thinking??Shut down the province's railway and the road is a go?I think everyone except CLF would prefer KWG's solutions.
