I'm not sure this is a confirmation but I do see it referred to as the James Bay & Lowlands Ports Authority.

EDC's are always interesting and there is no shortage ideas. The Proposed First Nations Regional Economic Development Corporations: Organizational Chart should surface at Ontario's Development Corporation meetings.

I have taken many liberties with abbreviations regarding the ROF. The introduction of a GSR would be one example. LOL
