- Have not heard much about the NOT appeal to the ruling (that KWG Koper Lake claim staking using helicopter was in compliance with the rules).

- Fish Trap: Apparently,from what I heard KWG was looking for base metals, e.g. Ni.

But, it could be just a tactical move to maintain the assertion that the claims along the esker ridge are also for exploration, not just for the transportation (RR) corridor. This transportation corridor is certainly an option for KWG. But for others, including the government, who would want to use it for their own transportation scheme (e.g. CLF easement application for its private road) would have to negotiate with KWG, for compensations, etc.
