As indicated, KWG was declared "winner" of the staking race. But, NOT (as I recall) was appealing. And this has not yet been resolved. At least I have not heard much about lately.
It was (and still is) my opinion that NOT should not have followed CLF lesson for taking an adversary stance on this, since it would only lead to bad feeling between the only two "sibblings" currently left standing in the area. Co-operation/synergy and all those good stuffs would be better for both. Why waste the time and energy fighting in courts.
Spend the time building some joint facilities such as a new improved airport with accommodation/shopping for the workers, their families, ...and tourists (fishing, hunting, etc) would be much better for them and the FN communities. They may even get financial assistance from the governments.
Remember the so-called Fed Port Authority when people talk about the RR. They could start this with an expanded airport facility (@ Koper Lake? and call it Koper Lake International, with a call name KLI, sounds like Cali for California, lol) and link it to the NS RR/service road later. Koper Lake would become a transportation hub/trailhead for the RoF.

PS: Yup, same with me. It looks like Agoracom had some hiccups Thursday. I had difficult time accessing/posting.
Some posting tip: Before pushing the Send/Submit button, it's would be a good practice to select (highlight) the text of the message, especially a long message, do a "Ctrl C" (= Save). If the BB crashes for some reason, you could retrieve your long writing from the computer temporary parking, NotePad? Just redo your post and do a "Ctrl V" (=Paste) and voila your long writing. A safer way would be to save your long writing on a Word document. This trick is useful when there is some sign of trouble with the BB (almost lost 2 posts Thursday). Hope this is useful.
