Yes, a rational price because equador had shut down exploration activity (a huge deal then and still, a year and a half later a huge deal today). The value of ARU was what the circumstances made of it at the time (and for the record i wasn't happy either). My point was simply that in Hindsight---we made out much better-- a few weeks ago the offer worked out to be approx $8.80 a share --what do you think ARU stock would be trading today, a year and a half after the exploration shutdown and still shutdown? I would, without a doubt believe that it wouldn't be anywhere near $8.80. I would believe it would be less than half that--so yes I see the deal in hindsight as having been a windfall--both in monetary value and more importantly in peace of mind.

P.S. My comments on the warrants was to point out that we all were clearly wrong in placing a zero value on the warrants when clearly they had the value (and then some) that Kinross and management communicated to us.
