Taking from another board

In a speech made by Makuch Thursday, at the Timmins Chamber of Commerce's sixth 'In their Business' luncheon series, members of the chamber were granted a special look inside the working of Lake Shore Gold Corp and what the company has planned for the future.

"There's a lot of value here and a lot of value in what we do," said Makuch.

Makuch spoke of all the company's projects, including key projects located in Timmins, including Timmins West, Bell Creek, Vogal/Schumacher and Thunder Creek. Other properties are located in northwestern Ontario and northewestern Quebec.

"Timmins West has the potential to be one of the next big gold mines coming out of Timmins," he said.
