it is my intention to vote no on all issues presented to shareholders if and when my circular ever arrives via Can Post. Hopefully, they will allow the share votes to be communicated by internet. Tic toc AM. Where are my instructions to vote NO??!!

We have great properties and a BOD that is not maximizing Shareholder value!!. Even GICs are out performing this equity.

have we really positioned ourselves for a $3.20 price?
It is my opinion that our BOD must secure a better deal for shareholders ie Let HOC take us out at much higher price
