I sent an emial 48 hours ago voicing concerns re this deal and to ask where the voting circular is.

All I received was information about the circular. The first email stated they were sent April 15 2008. Doesn't take 16 days by mail. Then a 2nd email stated my name wash on the shareholders list and it was mailed out April 24th. Something doesn't sound right.

There were no comments about my shareholder concerns and share price. I see down another 8 cents today. maybe some retailers have had decided to exit
