Thanks, B1. The only thing is that prospective buyers don't have to always wait for ABSOLUTE PROOF of resources. They have the people in place to make competent assessments of the target's potential resources, and, if they are reasonably convinced that they are there, and the company is available at a cheap price, they may be willing to take the risk and buy them now.

Am I out in left field on this?
