hey wanderer. i was with a company where i received stock options on a one time basis. the way it worked for me is that, say, if i got 1000 options at $1/share and the sp was below that i got nothing. it was when they were above $1/share that i got the difference between the option price and the current price. i wasn't part of management or a board member when i received these options; is it not the same conditions for the board members at lbe? they really don't make anything unless the shares are above 0.205/share?
thanks
