I think to get the real reason why ISM would bring a lawsuit forward you would have to ask ISM management. Good luck with that EBF! If we cant get a simple answer to what is happening in a four year application process for a dewatering permit, the likely chances of ISM giving you a resonse to why they brought on legal action would be nil in my opinion.

If ISM said it was a person from LBE, I guess it was as they used his name in a lawsuit. I think it is quite obvious to everyone; the suit against this individual was brought forward "for the something he said or posted". Personally, I don’t think it was a very smart thing of him to do, but he does have a right to post his comments and opinions, if he so chooses, and there is not much anyone can do about that. He alone is responsible for his actions and if the legal system believes he has done wrong, the legal system will act and do its job. I never did see what he wrote, but obviously by the latest news release that ISM has withdrawn its legal claims, ISM must have found out they didn’t have a case.

On the other hand, and in my opinion, one has to now wonder and consider if this person’s opinion was a much more accurate account than anyone at ISM really wanted anyone to hear at the time while all the promotion was floating about these boards. One would have to think the ISM Geologists at the time, as well as the management and directors at the time must have had a much better understanding of what the Langmuir Properties were beginning proving up, (or not). Could it be that if ISM went further with the legalities, all this information would come forward in a very embarrassing way by its possible accuracy of this person’s opinion? I am sure there has to be someone out there that has a copy of the post that ISM made such a fuss over.

Since the lawsuit is now dead, wouldn’t it be interesting to see what the post actually said and place its contents up against the Independent Micon Resource Report, if numbers were involved.
