That's so cool you get to vote!  I would view it as a privilege.

I will give you my opinion how I would vote... so take it with a grain of salt.

1. Yes to 9 members.  Odd numbers are best in voting.  

2.  Yes to all 9!  This is an incredibly smart, experienced and focused team.  I love that George Ireland is there....overjoyed when he joined the LAC board.  Also....by and large a group that will tell the truth as they see it and not mince words.  All have different perspectives and backgrounds with a common goal.

A large part of why I am holding strong..and even doubling down on this stock,  is those names.  I believe they will find a way to navigate this crazy time.  They have the experience and know how to play the game(note....the Big Score by Jacquie McNish).
