Just have a minute, Kate, but I wanted to make a quick response to your comment about the Holy Grail of $100 kWh lithium batteries.  That goal is in reference to battery packs, not cell prices... but that being said, please take a quick look at the posts I placed on this forum re: "Battery Day" and regarding Tesla's Secret Roadrunner Project.  See if that information ( rumor? ) suggests to you that we may actually be a little closer to reaching that Holy Grail.  Yup, I know... it depends a lot on how much you believe in the accurateness of Elon Musk's predictions about the future... and, of course, about what we truly find out once Battery Day becomes a reality, when and if.   Best to you, Kate.  Bill
