Covid has effectivelly stopped Cauchari-Olaroz construction.

In Europe, the 2nd wave is becoming significant driver of events. I would say, in about 2-3 weeks it may be noticeable in NYC. IMHO, Covid may impact the construction of the Thacker Pass. Just my 2 cents of course.
