According to the LAC presentation (October, 20; page 6), Ganfeng owns 16.4% and Bangchak 15.5% of LAC shares.

It does not look like they are listed among institutional shareholders, not sure how it works for a foreign company listed in the US but surely those 2 must have filled 13-D/G equivalent in Canada.
