We would really have to stretch Rule #2 to make Steve's comment a "Violation".  "slow" is not on the list of proscribed nomenclature, Steve.   Besides, it is more in the realm of "common knowledge" on the subject and so the veracity of your statement would never be in question.   See Rule #2 below:
