I don't know what's going on, but I think the bigger point is this:

There are at least a few plausible scenarios that are neutral or positive for LAC.   Just because Banchak is selling does not necessarily bode poorly for LAC's future as a company or as an investment.   Just as for individuals, there are many reasons why a company may sell shares.
