The rest of the country does not have that type of climate and availability of sun all day long.

 We talk about this before , we need all kind of power generating sources, nuclear, hydro, oil and natural gas. The only one can be cancel is coal.

So somehow to think that EV is zero polluting is incorrect, because behind all those Kw  are energy sources mentioned before. Will it improve a quality of the air – yes, Definitely, versa smog creating ICE.

 Still pollution from other sources will exist, maybe not as high as from burning coal and gas, but it will. Energy policies have to be smart and not jerk reactions in today California government that they have to buy electric power from other states.
