From what I understand, it is one year from when the announcement is officially published in the BLM National Register.  For LAC that occurred on 2/5/20.  The LAC final EIS will need to be published on or before 1/5/21 in order to allow for the required 30 day waiting period before the final record of decision occurs.  Everyone will want to avoid the year end holidays so I suspect the final LAC EIS will be published before 12/18.  Please let me know if anyone else has other thoughts on this timeline.  Go LAC!!
