Hey, guys, I am not the sharpest card in the deck, but unless that Notice of Availability has been published in the Federal Register it would seem that we have 30+ days the clock that starts after the NOA is published.  If it has already been published then let me know and I will sit back and enjoy the ride, but if it hasn't yet been published then we are still on the launch pad.  Okiedo
