Not much will change, the trend is set.

Consider that under Obama the CPP was hatched, which essentially told power producers to keep doing what they're doing in terms of  lower-carbon production, and not go back to coal. Then, the Trump administration not only overturned that but tried everything in their power to reverse the trend (remember when they tried to force utilities to buy coal-produced electricity? LOL). Through it all, solar, wind, EVs, etc just kept on growing. LAC will continue to be an important asset.
