AXP - I did the same research you did with other BLM ROD's.  I agree with the Friday trend but I also noticed that they seem to be released about 40-50 days after the final EIS.  1/18 is a federal holiday and I don't think they will want to push it down to the wire and release it on 1/19 or 1/20.  1/15 is only my slightly "educated" guess.  I have no specific feedback or evidence to back that up.  It could be tomorrow.....Go LAC!!
