Agree 100% Pavel.  TP phase 1 costs about $500m in CapEx.  They can still raise up to $400m in funds based on their F-10 filing from October.  They can do that via a stock or bond raise.  With $145m already on the balance sheet they can fund phase 1 on their own.  If they sold shares at say $30 a share they would only dilute the current outstanding shares by another 13-15%.  They can still set up strategic partnerships with all the players that have been mentioned on this board but in this case they would continue to hold 100% of the TP asset.  They can then go fund phase 2 by selling C-O to Ganfeng.  Thoughts everyone?  Go LAC!!
