I agree that the overallotment will sell out early.  With 26m US shares traded yesterday and another 15m+ today I don't think there will be any issues.  The volume the past two days has been incredible and the shelf shares have not been issued yet so that would be another 15M+ in volume.  Given this opportunity, I had to buy some more shares today despite the pain of paying $22.52 today vs. a prior low for me of $3.12.  I don't think we will have to wait very long to find out.  I suspect we will see a fresh LAC press release after market close today or in the morning. Go LAC!!
