I have read conflicting posts about the release of these outstanding shares.  Immediate makes sense based on the uptick in volume the past 2 days but was told they are released when the deal closes.  I will try and figure this out for sure later on tonight and post what I find out.  If someelse can comfirm in the meantime please let us know.
