I would say, that his ego leads him into wrong conclusions. Classic was about Lithium pricing. He has got it wrong all the way, despite insider info and his encyclopedic knowledge. He is also quite bias, do not forget that Joe is paid "chinesse agent", his opinion is quite influenced by that and there are no disclosures below his statements.

Lastly, once I wasted about an hour listening to his podcasts about Tesla. Complete rubbish if you ask me. After that, I decided, that I have to survive without him :-).
